These wings from Hayley Lucero (@realfoodwithaltitude) are so easy and give you that perfect spice everyone wants on their wings. They only need two ingredients and about 20 minutes to cook. These are Paleo friendly, too!
INGREDIENTS
-
2 lbs organic free range chicken wings
-
Avocado oil spray
-
¼ cup Spicy Cashew Butter Dressing (Pick your favorite!)
-
2 tbsp. cashew butter
DIRECTIONS
-
Pat chicken wings completely dry. Then put in the air fryer and spray with avocado oil. Cook on 400°F for about 10 minutes.
-
While the wings are cooking, combine the rest of the ingredients (cashew butter and Spicy Cashew Butter Dressing) into a small bowl and whisk together until smooth.
-
Once wings are cooked most of the way through (about 10 minutes), put them in a bowl and pour the wing sauce on top. Toss the wings until they are fully coated. Save extra sauce for dipping!
-
Place coated chicken wings back in the air fryer for 5-6 minutes.
-
Serve and enjoy!
