Potatoes are fantastic, easy, and versatile side. There's no end to the possibilities and this recipe proves that. Thanks to Penny Kovacs (@pennysprimal) for bringing us this delicious Whole30 and paleo-friendly recipe to pair perfectly with any of Rastelli's premium meat and seafood!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs baby whole potatoes, cut in half
- 2 Tbsp avocado oil
- 1/4 cup Everything Bagel Seasoning, or more if needed
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment.
- In a bowl, toss potatoes with oil.
- Put seasoning in a bowl.
- Dip cut side in seasoning and place seed side up on pan.
- Roast 45 minutes.
- Enjoy!
